Michael Zelazny, C.P.A., is a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting. His tax and accounting expertise includes agriculture, construction, not-for-profit organizations, retail, transportation and other businesses and industries, as well as individuals.
Mike is very active in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Richard Knights-Sue Kaderli Memorial Fund. He is a member of the East Shelby Volunteer Fire Company and a member of the Medina Lions Club, Orleans County Chamber of Commerce, Orleans County Farm Bureau, and a member of the St. Joan of Arc Assembly 4th Degree at the Knights of Columbus. Mike served a six year term on the Board of Directors of Orleans County Cornell Cooperative Extension.
Professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mike is a lifelong resident of Medina New York, where he resides with his wife, Mary, and their two children, Nicole and Jacob.

Holly Roush, C.P.A., is a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Holly obtained her Masters Degree in Taxation at the University of Denver. Her expertise includes agriculture, retail, small business and individual taxation. She also supervises the not-for-profit engagements at the firm.
Professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
